I've got a sDrive23i, looked up my VIN numder online, and it says it has provisions for a cd changer ' 0694 Provisions for BMW 6 Changer '
Is this a simple plug and play ?
Seem to be a lot of CD changer on EBay for BMW's
Looking online, looks like the CD changer locates in the glove box ? Is it as simple as locating the plug and mounting the unit ?
As it's not an iDrive would this mean it doesn't need coding to the car ?
Any comments would be appreciated, if too difficult I'll knock it on the head.
I'm currently using an Ipod through the Aux (sorry I'm a bit old school) but obviously it can't be controlled from the cars audio.
