CCV and pipes kit supplier

Looks like the Zed is showing the typical signs of this deteriorating. Called Sopers and was informed the valve and pipes had to be ordered seperately and were not available in kit form which surprised me as a lot of threads make reference to the existance of such a kit. Only other supplier seems to be on ebay selling the parts as a kit, So the question is if there is a BMW OEM number for a kit what is it and if not has anyone used the ebay supplied kit at all??

I've got the eBay kit getting it fitted tomorrow so will let you know how my mechanic gets on with it, got pointed to it by a member on here so assuming it will be fine but can let you know tomorrow unless someone who already fitted it chimes in


Hoping it ok though as about £100 more expensive from bmw

Got my mate to do the job as he's a mechanic, but been done now and car definitely feels better (although had vanos seals and disa rebuild done at same time along with oil and filter change) main thing its no longer smokey!

He showed me the old pipes and they were horribly gunked up so glad I did it when I did really shouldn't have waited so long
 
all good then. The kit for mine arrived today so following an engine oil flush and dodging the showers this will be the job for the weekend. Im thinking of cleaning the DISA unit at the same time as doing the valve and pipe replacement. will post the results.
 
I got the disa rebuild kit from i6 as its a known failure point and not that expensive to get the kit so probably worth doing if you are going to be taking the car apart
 
Kit fitted, oil changed and what a diffrerence. Nice run to the seaside and back today and what a cracking drive. Power delivery really smooth and best of all no smokey stuff out of the exhaust. Well pleased.
