Catching car aids

Started doing this for a living now along with selling cars (not my usual brand of advert though!).

The single dirtiest car I've ever worked on. I thought Id caught 'car aids' from it at one point!

First time I've ever had to wet vac a car, 2x hand washes and a clay bar utterly murdered.

Also the customer asked for this to be treated to a Diamondbrite upholstery protectant.

What a difference
Never heard the term 'Car Aids' before either.

That's because until this car turned up there was no car aids.........this is the car equivalent of the first dirty aids ape that started it all off!

I have no idea why anyone would want to drive in a car, let alone sit in, something with such mess and filth. No matter what car it is. My work colleague has a car like that and I refuse to go in it, instead I ferry them to coffee shops at lunchtime just so i dont have to sit in that sort of mess. Im no snob, or Is it just me, picky perhaps?
I will admit that I am a bit over the top on cleaning cars and motorbikes. I even detailed my daily runner over the weekend as I ran out of vehicles to clean. (and no, i dont need any offers of anyones car to clean :D )

1.6 Astra.... surely just scrap it and start again lol.

No but that's awful. How people let their cars get into complete messes like that. Ok you don't have to be an OCD car cleaning nut (like many of us are) but to just let it get into that sort of state is a real shame.

Good work on turning it around though Ricey - Looks a 1000 X better once you're finished.

And I guess using your descriptive you could say this car was now High Impact Vehicle Positive.

That picture is truly minging.

Nice work though.

That's the first time I've had to use the wet vac......majorly addictive when you see how much crud you can take out of the upholstery!

Great work...

I had to swap out a seat for insurance once... The elderly gent had followed through in a big way when involved in a bump :(
