Back in around 2008 a Blue Z4 coupe came up for sale as a Cad D write off as it was then.
There had been a fire in a BMW dealership workshop and as a result the entire showroom stock ended up being written off. The car had about 4 miles on it and had had some ash/dust settle on it, no damage at all.
The car was stunning but heavily reduced due to being insurance classified.
I wonder what happened to it and if its owner is on here.
The car had white leather I think, well specced cabin and 108 alloys if my memory is correct.
It looked a cracking buy.
