Castrol Edge for ///M - 1L top-up offer

Another offer from OpieOils arrived in my email today...

OpieOils is selling off some excess stock - including '1L bottles of Castrol Edge 10w60 for ///M Engines'. The 4L version of this is £40, whereas the 1L bottle is £8, so you can get 5L for the price of 4L, or 1L for half the price the dealer charges.

Is a full swap 5L then?

Full change is 5.5L IIRC - so you'll need 6.

That'll be in your owners manual - 6.5L with a filter change......

i really should look in the manual i guess i deserve that.

thats not going to be a cheap one then im doing my coolant and brake fluid also, i guess the info for my fluids is all in the manual?

Brake fluid is a flush through and then top up to levels in the master cyclinder once bled through

The oil recommended for the Ms is the TWS 10-60, not the Edge. Make sure you buy the right one.

Castrol don't make TWS in the UK any more, it was superceded by 'Castrol Edge 10w60 for M engines' - NOT 'Castrol Edge Sport'.
