Well,

Anyone have a phone number for Carly support??

Been a carly customer for three years enjoying my single payment licence free app.

Month ago decided to buy full licence so I could do daughters VW and my ford transit.

paid for full licence then told I need a new universal adapter, bought that as well.

Adapter had snags on ford, carly support said return for a firmware upgrade - did that.

Now completely ignored by carly support and bizzarre answers to daily requests for help

Todays reply to "where is my adapter"?

"please send a session report so we can diagnose your problem"

So if youre thinking about buying this shite app leave well alone, just looked down the reviews on the app store and I am not alone by a long chalk

Was thinking of subscribing already got the adaptor, just had a new battery delivered today and was gonna get it to do the deed and see what else I could achieve.
You've put me off now.

It may be worth you talking to Ian (IDJ) he had issues but managed to get an email to resolve his issues….
