Carbon wrap bonnet and mirrors and window tint

The bonnet is not to my taste but the wing mirrors look good. I do like people who step away from the norm and create something individual, it doesn't always work but it's yours so be proud of it.

i kinda dig it...... with some dark wheels and some black detail added it will look nice , stick with it, i think you could be onto something, also how about some matt side skirt covers as per the newer cars??

Which wheels are those?

Not to my taste at all, maybe on an MX5 but not a z4

I've used vinyl wrap to be different so I think I'm allowed to comment on my dislike for it without wearing my flame suit  :fuelfire:

Tragic is definitely a way to put it, real carbon panels ok, fake NOOOO! :D

OP.... if you really like the luck how about digging out that credit card for a real , top class item.... the quality of this piece is oem clean.

Just got tints and carbon wrap done happy with it

Get some plastic colour restorer for the bits your wing mirrors join on to. It'll make them black again like new

oh dear i see all the boring lifers and legends have been on there forum beating again .The windows have been done smoked grey on the rear and a 30 per cent legal film on the front all professionally fitted not a cowboy job as for the bonnet its a matter of choice and close up the car looks a lot better than the tragic squad think .Its a shame that you are to scared to do anything to your cars to stand out from the other 100's of z4 out there . people who have seen the car prefer the look now than before .Since owning the car i have fitted 18inch mv2 wheels which will be done matt black soon also had carbon wrap and windows done and booked in to update interior .Car will be lowered 40mm and rear duck tail spoiler will be fitted all of which you will hate of course which is why your lives are so boring that you post on here 1000,s of time lol . ive had around 45 cars in my life and on every forum the bullies are there looks very much the same on here shame on you all .

I have a bright red fabric soft top. Yeah, definitely too scared to do things to my car

i've had green wheels and -5 degrees of camber   now that was tacky

Congrats OP on being different. Each to the own as people say.
Mirror wrap is OK.
Tints is good.
But for my taste the bonnet....hhhmmmm. jury is out on that one.
Keep on modding......it's the way forward..

Mirrors look good, Im thinking about getting mine hydrodipped with a gloss clearcoat along with the aluminium dash parts.

Matt black wheels might be a bad choice, they look good clean, but look dirty after a quick spin, and you need to keep your tyres clean and shiney otherwise makes your wheels look shat.

Bonnet I think is always going to be a bit marmite, might look better in the flesh, might look better on a fully modded car, but on the pics as it stands I can see where people are coming from saying it looks like it's waiting for a paint job.

Black grills and some detango'd headlights I think would be top of the list after the wheel refurb.

Pops by
Rally has, as does matt two loud, but awesome sounding cars
Love matts Sagaris type spoiler
And his mods

I've done a lot to mine, just subtly to some others
The ops car, liking what your trying to do to the car as everyone has the right to their choices and opinions

But I give structured criticism as apposed to straight criticism,
My 5ps worth:
Wheels in Matt, a no no as will simply look dull and once dirty worse so stick with maybe a gloss black?
Mirrors liking as gives it a different look
Bonnet I'll be honest, it does ruin the look of what your going for, on a corsa or a vtr or some Japanese crap it'll look fine, but as per Beedubs pics, that carbon bonnet would make your car look awesome, especially on a sunny day and light catching it.

^^,
