How did the centre caps fit?

Perfect actually

No idea about how long they will last but for £5 you could just change them every year :D

I feel your pain regarding the kerbed alloy  I had mine refurbished, then 2 weeks later I was doing a favour for a mate and on that journey I hit a kerb and majorly messed a wheel up :headbang:

Nice!

Mine are shadow chrome, so no such luck on the mobile repair :headbang: both wheels on the same side had to be re-done as it's nigh on impossible to colour match shadow chrome. Cost me about £150.

Never doing that mate a favour again

Sorry to hijack slightly but can I ask who you used as I'm looking for a good refurb place to get my 326's done in shadow chrome to just change the look slightly?

I used a place in Billericay, Essex, called Paint It UK. They don't use any filler, only welding, so you know it's a proper job.

Really happy with how mine turned out. They aren't the cheapest around, but they are one of the best, in my opinion.

Thanks for that, website does look good, will have to pay them a visit, I don't mind paying a bit extra if it means you get a quality job done.

Hi,

Congrats for the wheels, they look very nice!

I was actually on the phone with CM wheels this morning as I might get myself a set...do you mind sharing where you got the tyres And whether they are all Asymmetric 3?

Glad you got the kernel wheel sorted!

Br,
Attilio

Cant get ASM3's on the 265's are they are not out yet.

The tyres and sizes are on my original post on this thread should give you all the info you need

Black Circles Linked To Your Local Specialist Garage For The Work. (Included in the tyre price)

Hi,
Yes, I did but the seller - after agreeing to the deal and the amount I offered - decided to sell to someone else while I was organising for collection... found a set of brand new ones but of course a bit more pricey and got a bit “weak” at the thought of spending more than 2k between wheels and tyres also rear is proving difficult to “move” for wheel alignment and may need to bring to a garage to get that sorted first.

Jeez these old cars are a labour of love!

For everyone that was asking

This is on M Sport Suspension, Not Lowered.

So happy

Hey Looney, you mention about the M sport suspension. Can you elaborate? What springs are they and what's the drop?

Thanks

kurbed an alloy, gutted :(
Heart breaking moment when you do that! I've got an E46 at the moment (sapphire black with hyper silver wheels) which I kerbed lightly a few months back. Had a sad beer that night! Absolutely love the combination you've got there. I'm in the market for a coupe and Carbon Black is my "most wanted" colour. Looks perfect on hyper silver wheels!!

Could be tempted to offload it for a manual black sapphire which is available near me, if interested :)
