Sounds like the battery to me. Had the same issue - new battery fitted and back to normal.

For future reference  -i sure it will have been discussed many times, but is it better to get one from the stealers or are they just as good from Halfrauds fleabay etc?

Got mine from the dealers but only because no body else around had one in stock. Sure you can get cheapewr and just as good elsewhere as Playalistic has done.

just remembered I left a ac 240v adaptor plugged in... ooops

just need a jump, not a new battery

Hmmm, I leave my Berry charger plugged in all the time... Figured as I drive it every day it should be fine as it's using very little leccy... However, should I not be doing this ?? Done it in every other car I've had...

:?

no idea, the battery just had drained sufficiently so a level that it wouldnt start the car.

needed the AA to give me a jump.

Whilst you buying your battery get some cleaning materials to, you should be ashamed of yourself :poke:

they are i know, but i live in central london so my car only gets cleaned when i go home to somerset, which i havent done in a while :(

If someone in london with a hose is up for lending it to me i can clean

I wouldn't recommend using a hose to clean your instrument panel.

ill pretend you never said that. i wouldnt let anyone touch the exterior paint work. let alone with a sponge.

I'm with Chris on this one. My local European washers use sheepskin mits, but they're still not getting near my car :|

And anyway, why would I give up two hours of peace and self indulgence ? :D
