Car Stereo Question- Adding EQ Software

I Have the business/hifi system in my car with the 10 speakers plus I seem to have the centre dash too?? it actually is very punchy with some nice bass which was a pleasant surprise, as I was after a Z with the HK, but had to relent as it ticked every other box, anyway, sometimes I would like to have the option of adding more mid, and wondered if there is an option of updating the system to include the graphic equaliser as with the HK option,
I did phone BMW, but as expected no help there, I have looked at Carly but im not sure that is able to do it, so I thought I would ask the experts if its possible

probably much easier and cheaper to add an aftermarket dsp, which you certainly can do

I thought the top of the range was a Harmon Kardon system which came with a graphic equaliser and surround option, I know it used to be called carver, I just wondered if the graphic eq software could be uploaded to work with mine
