I’m a new Z4MR owner;

Paint - Sapphire Black
Leather - Imola Red
Dash- Carbon Leather,
Audio - Professional Nav,
Wheels - Stock (recently refurbed)
Year - 2006
Mileage - 54,000
Owners - 3 including me
No other major mods, all OEM

I have seen a rare colour register on the forum, but if anyone is interested perhaps we could start an all car register...?

I’m really curious to know how many MRs and MCs on the forum (and therefore still on the road) and what the above information is for each (or whichever of the above stats you’re happy to share) how many were sold in the UK and other countries etc. Just to learn more about the car.

The newest Z4Ms are over 10 years old, I firmly believe these cars are future if not current “modern classics” so keen to understand how rare they’re becoming. This is just for fun, and no location information please...

I think there are around 900-1100 UK Z4M's , if you look at the DVLA data online it shows around that number.

As a Z4MR owner, I am painfully aware that there is a bigger gap growing between the E85 and E86's prices. I wanted to get an coupe, but the prices were a touch too far north of my budget to get one, but have been really impressed at how good my own M has been. I would guess that there must be around 35-40 M owners on these forums that have posted since Nov '18 (when I joined).

Are you happy to share your stats as above so I can start a list somehow? I agree on the Roadster vs. the coupe, but Porsche’s are the same after a certain age... I have had 3 Z Roadsters and whilst I think the coupe is beautiful, the Z4 is a roadster first in my eyes.

This is what you are after

It’s Black Sapphire by the way

Yes looks like it, but thought for forum members if anyone was interested we could keep a post on here just for our cars. I guess I’ll see if this gets any more replies if not no harm done!

Well less than 700 seem to have been registered in the UK according to this database that a forum member put together:- perso.numericable.fr/tonyz4c/index30si.html

And you'll be able to see how many had your colour/trim combinations - enjoy. :)

Interesting stats. MR is a cracking sports car. Does any one realy care if it becomes a classic or not. Just enjoy them for what they are. :driving:

Z4M Coupe owner here in Wellington, NZ. Vehicle is Titanium Silver with Imola Red Leather and Carbon Leather Dash/Inserts etc. Based on the website calculator it is one of only 20 RHD versions in the world with this colour combination.

As far as I am aware there were only 4 x Z4M Coupes registered new in NZ. Three of them have actually come up for sale in the last few months, including one which is still for sale https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-2056516981.htm?rsqid=2615abbdcfea4f5bac6d303aad0cb9e9-001
