Car Reg Check

Hi. Other than when car tax is due and the cars mot history is there anything else a car reg can show. Thanks.
 
Stolen, outstanding finance, written off, imported, exported, colour change, previous reg numbers associated with it etc etc. Lots of things if you want to pay to access the info.
 
Yes I should have said. At the moment I am not looking to get an hpi check. I am looking at the car Sunday and will consider hpi then. Thanks

When doing a HPI check only use HPI site some others dont have all the relevant information!

I have found out the hard way many years ago.

You can get the factory spec from the reg.

Firstly, put the reg in here: https://www.bmw-warranty.co.uk/Login/Index

That will give you the VIN. It actually will give you the VIN for any car make, not just BMW.

With the VIN you can then use a VIN decoder https://www.bmwvin.com/ to get the original factory build sheet.

I now have the Vin Number. I was hoping for a free vin number checker but cannot locate one. Anyone know of any please. Thanks
 
Hi Rob. I dont seem to be able to find a Z4. I know I limit my chances by only willing to buy locally and whilst still very much looking for a Z4 I am also looking at other cars.
