May I ask why there are minor difference on the car parts number?

I want to buy a abs pump
Real oem shows the parts no. should be 34526769165
There are parts on the internet which is 34526769164
Is it still interchangeable?

A search on 34526769165 shows it used on the following models and has been superceeded by new part numbers

It looks like you need to find a replacement with the superceeded part numbers to suit the year of your car, if you find a original 34526769165 bear in mind it could be older than your failed unit and in no better condition.

Is the for pre or post facelift. I have a post facelift one available. There are only two versions post facelift from memory.

What is the issue with yours though as most are repairable.
