CAR MATS

Hi, Can anyone recommend some decent car mats for my '07 E85 manual, not interested in paying BMW prices

Don't buy Sakura, I fitted these and after 3 months and 1000 miles they had worn more than my mini OEM mats that had done 82,000 miles over 6 years. Shockingly bad!

These are the exact ones I have.

£12.45 free delivery.

Thanks for the link - I'll have some of that

I put a set of these rubber mats in:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Fully-Tailored-Car-Floor-Mats-To-Fit-BMW-Z4-Vehicles-E85-E86-2003-2009/351373952004?fits=Model%3AZ4%7CPlat_Gen%3AE85&hash=item51cf850404:m:mmleGgFsfUFdE3wjy8vvCOA

Fit is fantastic and they don't move - idea for the surface dirt that get trodden into cars living 'out of town' - can't beat a good bit of rubber

Go for BMW ones, may be expensive but last a looooooong time.

Very true. My car has the oem mats. They are extremely robust and still look remarkably presentable after 77k.

That said for £12 who cares!

Those are the type I bought when I first got the car and they still look fine.

How do these fit around the pedals, and do they stay in place. I could get very tempted to buy these to replace the Sakura ones I bought from Amazon. They fit awful around the pedals, constantly move towards the front of the vehicle and need pulling back and have worn dreadfully, the pile has gone a combination of matted and thin where the heels sit. I only did 4k last year. My original BMW ones in my mini are now at 94k and look better!

They fit really well around the pedals and my ones don't move at all. The Velcro helps them stay in place.

I’ve been eyeing these. My driver one is so annoying being all bunched up. May have to give them a try since al the positive notes. And can’t beat the price.

Received my set this morning. I was having trouble with the drivers side same as On1wheel01, it was becoming a little dangerous as I kept catching my foot on raised edge. Anyway for the money these mats seem to do the trick
(no pics as the carpets and pedals are filthy  )
