Hi, i have a nokia bluetooth car kit ck 7w in my car however i do not know the password to connect it to my phone... i have tried all of the standard codes such as 0000, 1234, 1111 etc however i think it was changed before and now i need to reset it...

Does anyone have one of these and if so do they know how to reset it...

Don't think oyu can change it, probably has max number of phones paired, best to visit the Nokia website and download the manual.

Not sure what you mean by a Nokia bluetooth car kit, but srhutch is right regards the oem bluetooth ulf module in that the code cannot be reset or changed.

Simply read it off the unit in the boot, read it via the DDII port with appropriate software, or ask BMW.
(If you reach the max number of phones the oldest just drops off)

Ok, thanks, i read somewhere that the last 4 digits of the serial code should work, so i will try remove the kit tomorrow to find it, thanks for the help

I have tried all combinations of obvious codes... i've downloaded the manual and there is nothing in that that relates to resetting the pin... any other suggestions...
