Car insurance

Just took out a policy for the wife's 1 series convertible. Went through go compare and the best was sure thing. £348 fully comp and a free dash cam. Just picked it up from halfords, result

i have that dash cam its a decent bit of kit, i think i paid £50 for it from halfords

just a tip i'd get a bigger SD card than 8gb, that'll be full in no time. 32gb one i have in mine - seems the common choice for most 'dash cammers'

The cynic in me will claim that you'll not be paid out properly if you don't have this wired in / operational to 'prove' your side of the story when a claim arises

I could of had the policy £10 cheaper with no dash cam so I'm not sure that will be the case.

Just renewed my insurance with the meerkats, but they don't offer dash cams

If they had "promised" to sent Macauly Culkin round I'd have a dash cam by now!
