Car has become sentient!

Car was unlocked, key not in the ignition, and the bonnet and boot weren’t closed.
However, it was doing the same as this last night, with the boot and bonnet closed.
No sign of any wiring damage. There’s been a lot done to this car in the last few months, but nothing that I think would cause this.
I did wonder if it was an earth issue?

Has to be a earth. Has any water got in? As above pull the fuses one by one to isolate the circuit.
I would also suspect an alarm issue, indicators and headlights can be coded to flash when car is being locked or unlocked using NCS Expert software. I would suspect something in the system is shorting causing what you are seeing.
