Car Boot Box

Am i the only person that has a car boot box? I see these days halfrauds sells "boot tidy's" but i used to just use a plastic/card box, and had a pretty broad range of things in it:

• Waterproof jacket
  Walking Boots
  2L Bottle of Water - 14p Asda variety!
  Snacks / Can of drink
  Washer fluid
  Gen Purpose Cleaner (wheels etc)
  Some sort of rag/blanket for packing things in, or protecting the boot
  High vis jacket
  Random Tools

I was always proud of having the ability to rock up and go mountaineering, or solve car problems whilst on the go, and if ever in a crazy traffic jam - i was quite contempt sitting down with my pack of crisps and a can of coke whilst watching everyone else get livid at the delay...

Equally when it's time to use the boot fully, i can whip all of it out just by removing the box.

Does anyone else subscribe to this weird half-OCD boot planning system? .. what kinda box is it, and what's inside it?!

I've thought about this but instead just randomly put some things in boot in net thingies on side. Things include: scraper, kitchen roll, water bottle, ski jacket and box of latex gloves in case have to stop and offer some roadside assistance in RTA. Might be time to get a box.

I like this thread.

I need to get a box/tidy but random things that shush around in my boot include: tyre weld, air compressor, high vis jacket, blanket. Plus lots of random junk that hopefully will be reduced now as the Zed has a smaller boot than my old E46
