Can't see sim card?

Hi all,
Have just set up my mobile on bluetooth all looks like it working
but when i select Directory on the satnav im not seeing the
names from the sim card :? anyone know why??????

could be, but this is the same phone i had with my last Z4 and it work ok then
showing up on the radio display, but will give it a go

Only other thing I can think is that's it's not paired correctly, this happened on my 1 series, BT worked fine but no contacts, deleted pairing and started again all working fine.
