Can't hear washer pump(s)

No water coming out at all when I pull the washer leaver. I can't even hear the pump operate. The headlight wash seems to work intermittently too.
A quick search seems to suggest remove and give everything a very good clean first and foremost. Typical these things happen when nights are dark. Any thoughts please guys?

The headlight washers don’t operate with every windscreen wash but after a few operations so it can seem intermittent, it’s configurable with Carly to different frequencies or you can turn it off altogether

The headlamp washers are working fine. So that rules out a fuse. I’ll clean it up at the weekend and see how it goes.
