Don't get me wrong, totally understandable. But when nothing has happened for a month, when the tracking info says it's on the way to the local distribution centre (not the border) for 5 weeks and they cannot tell you anything...I cannot wait indefintiely. I don't know if its lost, if its at the border, if its at the local centre, etc. So personally just want a refund

. getting that refund is where the service has been awful. But I guess they are getting the same from hundreds of people!
