I’ve got a couple or Z’s lined up for viewing, both 2010 with similar mileage just can’t decide on colour 🤔

Alpine White with white leather 35is or Space Grey with red leather 35i.......

How difficult is it to keep white leather clean?

In my experience it’s pretty diff to keep white leather clean..even the natural wear lines tend to grub up..you need to be pretty anal to keep it clean/stop getting it dirty...

I like the idea but it’s not very practical..I know..you’re not buying a practical car...

Pity I prefer the white body shell...there are too many silver Z4s..

But then my colour taste are not to everyone’s liking..

I have a deep sea blue with cream interior, so far the leather is staying clean. But I am anal about it. :P
At the end of the day its down to personal preference, but I would guess that red leather would hide more grub than white.

Enjoy your test drives.

The white interior will have already have had 9+ years of use, so current condition will be a good indicator of how it stands up, and whether it can be kept clean.
I've not seen a white interior in a white car, sounds quite quirky.

White on white has a 80’s Miami Vice feel to it, need a white jacket with rolled up sleeves  It is an IS so does have slightly more appeal

My current weekender is an E88 125i that’s Grey with Red. Kind of fancy a change just can decide.

There’s a lovely Red one for sale in Mansfield but it’s got 84k on and I’m try to get one between 60-70k. Never been a fan of blue cars

Grey and red get's my vote, it's a stunning combination. White on white well a) a bit boring in my humble opinion and b) white is difficult to keep clean - more maintenance. But colour is pretty much personal preference so best to see both the cars and make your mind up which you think looks best to you.

Had both colours, I would personally go for the white. It is harder to keep clean, but imo it suits the lines of the car more

Zedfest Loughborough is perhaps a good indication of the popularity of Z colours in the UK:

My bus partners car was grey and red leather (Friday afternoon lemon), nice but would disappear on a car park. Go for something colourful.
I have orion silver, but would like red as an alternate. Grey really didn't show the lines.

Deep sea blue with cream interior is in my opinion the best colour combo they do. I just love it.

Shame I have alpine white with black leather.....but I'd swap for blue/cream any day

The Car park at work is full of shiny new White cars. Don't do it, common as starlings and a pig to keep clean. :o

Go metallic Grey, almost as common, but so much easier to keep looking clean. 8)
