Cant change clock & I tried to press right button

I normally was able to change the clock by putting the key in and turning it to position one then holding down the right button above the steering wheel until it blinked but that's not working now any ideas?

Thanks to you I was able to fix it. The problem was that I had it set to tempature and not clock.
