can I retro-fit genuine BMW cup-holders without major work?

Oh, I've found them ok to use - with the right size cup! Not ideal or in any way 'good', but very quirky and Z car, to my eyes.

Where would item 4 and 5 (oddments tray and frame) go? Cant figure it out.

Ahh, that makes sense. TBH I didn't realise there were e89's without iDrive.
