Can I repair side view mirror?

Just went through hughe snow blizzard & when taking frozen cover off broke the left view mirror at base.
Is there any kind of platice weld that I can use to re attach or do I just need to shop for replacement ?
It snapped right at the base but didn't damage any of the wiring, just hanging on side. Really would appreciate some advice with this.

Helloo.. any chance you could take a pic so we can see where it's damaged? A breaker might be your best bet depending on your colour / country.
