Can I fit 225/50/16 front/rear wheels and tyres to my z4?

I am after a set of winter wheels/tyres and wanted to know if the above tyre size will cause issues on the car at all? Has anyone done it with no problems?

Thanks

I run mine on 225 x 50 x 16 (run flats) all year and def. no problems, relatively softer ride maybe. I have 16" (non R/F) winter tyres on our Series 1 and the difference between these and normal 17" run flats transforms the car.
Noted you also in L/Spa.

Same size front and back? Are they bmw wheels? Any chance you have any pictures? Yeah, live in Leamington. I have noticed a LOT of z4's about but never a toledo blue, what part of town are you in?

Answer is also dependent upon which model and engine size you have. 16's won't fit the bigger caliper models like 3.0 facelift.

I have the pre-facelift 3.0. Small brakes?

Yea they should fit no problem :)

If you measure your disc and its 300mm (on the front) you are good to go if its 325mm you have upgraded brakes and 16's wont fit :(
