Calling electric car owners/leasers

My Bro in law had a Cuppa fomenter loaner work and he said it was pretty good, don't rule it out with going to view, they do look pretty good, better than a Kuga

Had a good look at them but higher tax bracket, and small turbo engine means much lower ‘pence per mile’ rate claimable compared to 2.5 Kuga when doing business mileage sadly. Company car is definitely a head over heart decision for me, and there were only about 12 cars on the plug-in list

same for most of us - no 330e or C class on the list

The only BMW or Mercedes options were EV only :thumbsdown:

Not good if you have to travel any distance - in fact quite crazy and seems like a policy designed by an HR team who travel to Costa once a day to get a coffee

WTF? that’s £2160 net over 4 years, Had a Barney with Lex as the deals are supposed to be secured at the point of order (My employer orders a lot of cars)… but apparently not!

Access to the list opened up again, even less cars on it now! but randomly the Merc CLA shooting brake plug in hybrid has been added at a half-decent price, going to go and have a look tomorrow.

Needless to say cancelling the Kuga… might have dodged a bullet
