I've recently had my wheels refurbished in satin black and the calipers are in desperate need of a good lick of paint. I've spoken to two professionals both with conflicting information. I want the calipers painted in phoenix yellow to match the bodywork but was told that it must be a heat resistant paint as the brakes get hot. Then I've got someone else telling me that the calipers don't get hot and you can paint them any colour you want with normal paint.
