Thoughts folks ! As some of you's know had problems with my rear brake calipers discolouring, dealer going to paint them at there cost as bmw Not interested :( have purchased doom blue paint as on the newer models but a little unsure if they will suit my melbourne red paint work. Or should I just leave them silver ? 1c8ccd2ad190629948c8f2fdc08cb639_zps31a85803.jpg
A few days work & i'am eally happy with the results !

I can't see a problem with the blue and the red. I would go for it personally or try and find a picture of a red BM with the ///M Performance calipers to see what it looks like. Must be a pic out there

Done a test panel there & compared it to the paint. Happy with it,going to give it a go :D can always do them in silver if I don't like them

Maybe a colour should be " chosen" to suggest that all on the forum do them in the same colour so that anywhere a car is we all know the owner is on the forum?.

Might be a struggle to tell if the "selected" colour is black/silver :D :driving:

Yes I was thinking a colour more individual maybe an orangey shade to depict the colour on the zed forum home page?.

Incidently will a jack for an E 85 work on an E89?.
I use trolley jacks & axle stands Tony. You don't get a jack with either. There is a pad for a jack, but never use it on my e86. My e89 is brand news so will have a wee look
