I was given one of these by my Dad for my birthday. He uses one on his 1934 SSII and he swears by it for removing dust off the bodywork whilst it has been stood in the garage. Anyone on here use one of these on their precious zeds?

Looks like the same thing... I know they are popular in the States (California... go figure!), but I guess the hardcore detailing community would frown upon them.

All depends on how precious you are about the paintwork... my guess is it'd do a good job but you may get the odd micro scratch from time to time.
 
I personally wouldn't do it. All the dust being swiped away from your bodywork will scratch it and after a couple months your paint will be plagued with swirls.

If you want your car to look nice and clean, then give it a proper cleaning :thumbsup:
