Calculating Top Speed at Each Gear with Staggered Setup

Hi, How can you calculate this when you have a staggered setup? Are you supposed to use the front or rear wheels in the calculation? As a guess I would think rear as it's RWD... but that's a pure guess. :tumbleweed:
