cades wheels

Hi guys in the next few month I plan on buying a new set of wheels for my sterling gray zed. Hi have been looking at the cades tyrus and bern alloys. Really just want to know if cades alloys are any good and won't crack easily. Also anyone got any pictures of there zed with cades alloys on. Thanks

Thanks for the reply guys. Not everyone's cup of tea I know but am really liking those tyrus alloys on the zed. I was going to go with an 18s and lowering springs but now am not sure if I should get 19s. I don't want to ruin the ride quality and handling by getting wheels that are to big.

Wow your car looks stunning taz. Think its definitely the wheel am going to go for. I might get the 18s with the eibach lowering springs.

I think you'll find most if not all of the pics in this thread are 19s. The 18s I believe are 8'' and 9'' widths as opposed to 8.5 and 9.5 on the 19s.
The offsets are fine on the 19s even if you lower it as long as you stick to 225 width tyres on the fronts.
I don't have any handling or ride issues on 19s with non run flat tyres.
I notice bmautosport now advise against run flat tyres on their web site.

Ok i have come across a well priced set with tyres sizes of 225/35/19 all round. Will it make any difference with them not been staggered fitment. If I was to fit these and put 30 mm lowering springs on I should be good right?

If you are going for 19s the rears are 9.5'' wide and I would suggest a 225 width is too narrow for the rim.
Just my opinion. I would think you would be better to have 255/30/19s on the rears minimum with 225/35/19s on the fronts.
I run on 265/30/19 rears, lowered on eibachs without issues.
