I will have a say and will not be voting for a May, you can continue to spout off but it will have no effect on the outcome I'm glad to observe!)

Mate, don't fall into the same sh1t pit that skelters has or you may start to look like a fruit loop
For £25 anyone can join the Tory party and have a vote :poke: :poke: I voted to leave and still think it was the right decision and was so pleased we won, I have always voted Tory too.
Just for the record

Irrespective of the candidates position, the original point was - has she destroyed her chances by saying what she said.

And if it was a dirty trick campaign of some sort - would a smart leader fall for something like that? Don't think that the negotiations with the EU are going to be "nice talks only" as well.

To have a vote in the leadership you not only need to be a party member, but to have joined prior to 9th June 2016 I'm afraid. :poke: So, although you may have always voted Tory that will not matter a jot if you have not actually joined the party.

Personally, I don't think it'll matter much - the party members who are voting are likely to have made up their mind before now and I doubt if there are enough 'undecided' votes to swing things one way or the other

Watching some backers defend the un-defendable, I think you are right. No matter what they say or do, the same backers will remain behind the same runner.

Can't see what all the fuss is about really. It wasn't very subtle or kind either but hey it's politics - it's a dirty business. I've heard a lot worse.

Only if you joined by the 9th of June. Join now and you don't get a vote so the talking heads spouting pish on the TV say and the BBC and the Tories and the papers.

Probably better to donate £25 to a worthy cause instead of encouraging them.

To be honest, I wouldn't join any party although I vote Tory, they have stopped every man and his dog from being able to join and vote, so a good move really.

Saves us having a protracted campaign and I'm sure that Theresa May will make a very good PM. Presumably, DC will now announce that he'll be standing down sometime soon.

As the non-voting non-Tory-member forum members said along along - her position in the leadership race was untenable - Let's face it anyone who would vote for that nut needs their head examining

Time for DC to go and get May in.

And get article 50 done NOW - May aswell get the ball rolling and see what happens next :driving:

She's already said that she will not be invoking Art 50 anytime soon - which bit of that did you miss?

We've already established that politicians change their minds every time the wind changes direction.

It would be the best for the country to just get on with it - 2-3 months of fucking around isn't going to do any good at all !

Thank god that Leadsom has gone, stupid woman with stupid remarks, so having a few kids qualifies you as the better candidate, idiot.

Glad May has got in, she's a steady Eddy which is just what we need at the moment.

Tim.
