Bye bye Leadsom?

Showing her lack of experience here. Would have thought the journalist has a case for defamation as Leadsom accused her of gutter press when she word for word said what was printed.

I guess that will be the end of her then.

Showing her lack of experience, but only in dealing with a biased Murdoch reporter from a very pro-Remain newspaper trying to do her as much harm as possible!

Listen to the audio.

Girls a fucking loony.

Career over!

Her views on same sex marriage are also bit 1930s

I would hope so. We need Theresa for her experience at ministerial level.

10 years and fifteen court cases to deport Abu Hamza, yep that's what we need strong leadership

Don't put the blame on her, it was the "institution" we are about to leave that was the main contributor to the delay!

Quite like Leadsom, actually like the fact she doesn't appear to speak in this style of language only politicians speak in. So, what if she has an opinion that not everyone agrees with, couldn't care if she's 'fleshed' out her CV (everyone does it)....just shows she's slightly more real than the other robots we have to vote for.

It feels like the UK made a momentous decision to go another way, yet we will have a leader who completely disagrees with the majority vote....it doesn't feel right and is it almost anti-democratic?!

I dont agree. Her CV lies are quite extensive and as she's trying to trade on her 'experience' frankly means I wouldn't believe a word that she says.

It was a set up from people for whatever reason are very fearful of her becoming PM.
Pity she fell for the dirty tricks campaign.

Dirty tricks - presume you didn't listen to her interview?

She volunteered the bullshit how May doesn't care about the future of Britain as much because she is childless.

I'd love to see one of her kids to turn out to be gay - she'd implode with the "shame"

May doesn't have a great record of supporting LBGT rights... But I'd rather her than Andrea. Why would you lie about your CV when going for a job like PM ? Stupid. And inexperienced. At least May knows how to play the game and has cabinet experience. I reckon she stayed so quiet during the referendum noise precisely because she figured if it all went tits-up she'd get a crack at the top job. Very canny lady. I will look forward to seeing her stonewall Sturgeon
