Hi,
I am in desperate need of your expertise! Please give me the "wheels for dummies" answers.
I have the opportunity to buy the following rims:

The information given in the ad is the following:
Original 19" rims for BMW M3 E46 for sale. Rims are like new. 8.5x19 ET 47 and 9.5x19 ET 26.
I am unsure what type of tires I need to fit on them. What "measurements" should they have? Different rear and front? Do I need to do anything when fitting them, or can I simply take off the current wheels and screw on these?
Also, any suggestions for what brand/type of tyre? I think that I still want to go for run-flats.
The last thing: The floor is open for your comments. Do you think these will look good on the Z4? I think I have seen pictures of a car with these wheels, and IMO they look really nice.
