Buying a Z4 coupe

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum. I'm looking at buying a Z4 coupe in the new year, after the winter, is there anything I should be looking out for before purchasing one?
 
Be aware that the roof on the Coupe is really tricky to remove! Not a problem witht the Roadster :D

There are many folk on here who will be able to provide you with some useful advice, unfortunately I am not one of them. I can only advise that I have absolutely no regrets in getting my Zed.

Broken rear springs, corrosion on the tailgate, tap petty engine on startup are the three that spring to mind.

There is a buyers guide on here though somewhere. Search for alanj post and it's in his signature from memory.
 
Hi and welcome to the Forum. Check out the link in my signature which gives a pre purchase buyers guide, not all specific to the Coupe and some general checks to make which hopefully ensures you get a good one :thumbsup:

Good buyers guide AlanJ, definitely worth reading.

I've just been looking round to see what's available and, since deciding to get one, I'm not sure if I can wait until next year. But I really don't fancy having to drive one in the snow if we get any.
