Bush Remover

I need to replace the rear axle carrier (subframe) bushes that connect to the main body.
I wondered if anyone had a bush extractor or if anyone had other methods / ideas to remove and replace?

I have the car on the ramp and was only planning to drop the subframe and not remove completely.
