Lowes for the plugs. Get a few that look the size, trim as required. Get a few extra for practice etc and back up. Buy touch up paint kit from your local BMW dealer and brush onto a plug that had been cleaned with iso/alcohol and rough up with 2000 (approx) grit wet sandpaper, available from your local Wally World. The brush marks should disappear under a thin first coat. Wait 24 hours minimum to allow to dry and cure, repeat, then use a light clearcoat. Let cure and you are done. This may take a little practice but with the inexpensive plugs it isn't the end of the world if your first attempt looks like crap. This is a fun project. Do it right and don't rush it and voila, lookin fly, yo.

If you're lucky enough to have a black z4 then go to an auto parts store, buy the assortment package of panel fasteners, file slightly to fit in keyhole, and your done. All for a couple of dollars. The assorted package contained a large fastener that worked on the trunk and a smaller one that worked on the door.
