Bumper wrapped

Got my newly painted bumper wrapped along the bottom edge today in satin black. Amazing to watch the guy doing it, at one stage I really thought he would just screw it up and start again but obviously he knew what he was doing

Looks fantastic

Reminded me that I must get around to doing mine, I've had the 3m satin film I bought sitting around for a few months now

Looks good. I'd do that if I were not changing my front end (again)..

BTW - I couldn't stand a bumper on a tarmac surface. I'd not sleep

You want to put some of that gtechniq C4 on the remaining black trim. It will look brand new ;)
Yeah grill looks a little dull now

Ha ha. I was very careful. You changing to the M now?

Yes - in the garage with all the bits. I have a 1 series /M to do first then start in the Z

Since it's a project I'm prepping and painting them myself. Good to get the spray equipment into use again :)

Have you wrapped complicated shapes before? At one stage I didn't think he'd do it. It was all creased up but gradually he worked along quite calmly and did a fantastic job. Paid £40 which I was happy with.

Got the bumper back on but judging by these pictures I need to tweek the gaps a little :(
Just got to get the DRL's wired up and finish and fit the clear lights.....which means taking the bumper off again
