I've just been down to the BMW Body Shop to get a quote for some bodywork repair to our Mini after a supermarket carpark/post incident my Wife had last night - don't ask 
While there I thought I'd enquire as to how much it would be to re-spray the rear bumper on my Z, including a repair to the small dint in the middle of it - £220-250 incl. VAT which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting it to be between the £350 to £450 mark.
They did a warranty repair to the paintwork on one of the rear doors of our Mini last year and made an excellent job of it so I shall definitely be getting the bumper sorted there in the near future.
