Bumper damage - smart repair or full respray

I have a couple of smallish issues on my Aero front bumper which I would like sorting. One looks like a patch of filler (?) which has shrunk/cracked/rippled near the front badge and another is a scuff and very small crack near the bottom edge. Not having had any work done at a bodyshop before could anyone comment on whether I am likely to be better off with a localised 'smart' repair, or get the full bumper resprayed? What are the sort of costs involved in a full panel respray?

Obviously I will talk to local bodyshops, but thought I'd try for some impartial advice here first.

A good front bumper respray starts from £300.

Can’t really advise whether you’d be better off with a smart repair without a photo of the damage...

i'd budget between £250-400 just for a bumper repair while smart repair realistically you won't get for anything less than £150-£200. if it were me id prefer just to get the whole thing done but depends on the quality of the smart repair.

Thanks for the info. Will get a photo of the damage at the weekend, but you’re probably right, ultimately a full respray will yield better results. A bit more pricey than I expected, but as I said, I have no experience of having bodywork/paint done.
