Bummer - Update on car

Wtf is it with these pathetic scum who feel they can only engage with the real world in a destructive manner? Take th all off on an African Safari or something, all expenses paid. That'll learn 'em!

Just caught up with this - really sorry to hear about this Adam. Hope the CCTV shows something ...

Garrhh - i don't understand who does this to other people's cars?!

Whilst the Z4 does get attention sometimes, i've noticed (at least with mine) it's always positive! Hope the repair isn't too costly.

**** UPDATE ****

So, the guys Swiftly recommended were round this morning. They've taken out 2 dents completely, and made a big improvement on the other. The crease is still ever so slightly visible under scrutiny from the rear of the car (I have really bad OCD, 90% of people would never see it), but invisible from the front, which I find really wierd.

Also, they polished the scratch on the passenger door to the point where it's nearly invisible too - which I'm really pleased about. I think if it's going to be perfect it'll need a respray or smart repair. But for now, I'm happy.

I took the car for a little 2 mile drive after the engine had warmed up - and had a big wide grin on my face the whole time :D

That’s good news Adam, shame they weren't able to completely remove the crease 100%, but a great result otherwise

Cool that its sorted, I had similar last year on the E91, some chump rang a key all the way down the passenger side, ended up having it repainted twice. After the first attempt it came back looking worse than when it went in after much complaining to the body shop it got sorted in the end

I will never understand random vandalism, I hope they understand it when I practice my swing on randomly selected kneecaps.

Glad you're all sorted and smiling again.

Can you correct the typo, its driving me nuts!

Also, you've listed heated seats twice in your sig....now I've spotted it, it'll be giving me sleepless nights!

I'm just pleased that she'll be looking sweet for the opening Scottish forum run of the year :) We've got a high standard of car at the forum meets and I couldn't bear to let the side down

No idea what you're on about :?

I know how you feel mate. Had it done to me in the past. If you know who they are I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around.

Someone previous commented that it may have been an innocent mistake like a rogue trolly or a kid on a bike.

Whilst these are "innocent" perhaps, a kid on a bike etc, to me, is still wrong, and the parents should cough up. Yes, accidents happen, but why is it the poor owner that has to fit the bill.

I am paranoid about dinks in car parks. Deb parks the 1'er in her work car park that is very busy, and to be fair, has so far avoided any marks. She's getting a new 1'er in April....sods law and all that?

Ok this has really fried my egg!!!. Something very close to the top of my hit lists. My everyday car was rearranged on lengthy
visits to the Hospital visiting a relative. The kids used to joke that they may have well walked to the shops whenever i parked
up, but this is the reason i do it and always will. If mine gets done i will either collapse of a heart attack or find the sh..ts who
did it and beat the cr..p out of em.Probably get a free night at the Plod Hotel. :headbang: :headbang: Hope you sort it mate.

it sucks.

ive found a dent on my door and a scratch on my bumper. i know where the dent was done but im not sure on the scratch. damn annoying. no one can recommend anywhere to get it fixed either so im going to just have to take a punt from the yellow pages and go and have a look at their work which is a bit scary as i wouldn't know what to look for.
