Hello!

As the title says, I've been looking into get my vehicle remapped at AMD tuning.

I thought I'd see if there was any interest in anyone else looking at getting their car remapped... using this to get us the best possible deal!

No dates have been discussed yet!

Nope not at all. I can request Information per engine if you wish?

Currently I've enquired about my 2.0 projecting to move to around 260bhp
 
OK, so I have an N52. What are the improvements there?
And to others, is such a mod worth it or wise (eg are there issues with pushing the engine too far)?

The 28i makes 240+bhp with the same engine as the 20i, so it’s hardly pushing it too far :thumbsup:

I assume you've got a non-turbocharged e86, so there are no 'easy' gains from remapping...the turbo boys just up the boost a little (maps which costs pennies, but which they charge hundreds for).
 
I'm local to AMD so would be interested to know what the cost is going to be, I had settled on going to Evolve for the map as I have read good things about them but am open to other places. I should add that I have an E89 20i.

Yes, I felt as much.
 
I could be interested if they have a good map for a 35i and the price is good enough to justify the trip from Berkshire.
 
So it looks like the best I can do is get 10% off meaning the map would be £360. Unfortunately it may not be worth a group deal!
