Bulb warning

If you have a bulb warning light on then you fix the bulb, do you need to reset it or will it reset automatically?

Should be automatic, unless it’s a wiring fault in which case the light will stay on :thumbsup:

It’s strange, I fitted 2xcite lights. First I connected the wires with just spade connectors to see if I was doing it correctly. They worked fine with no Warning light. I then took them back off and soldered them with a heat shrink sleeve over the joins, now I have a warning light. Will a Code reader pin point the problem or just tell me I have a problem?

It sounds like you’ve answered your own question, it’s got to be one side or the other (or maybe both) where you’ve made new connections :?

Dismantled and re-soldered the wires earlier. Still the same. I’ll have to get my mate to bring his code reader home from work and get him to check it.
