Bulb Voltage Monitoring.....

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts or ideas ... I’ve fitted some LED angel eyes etc, I have load resistors for the indicators so there’s no bulb light on the dash BUT the leds occasionally flicker.

I’ve turned OFF all bulb voltage monitoring via Carly yet it’s still monitoring bulb voltage 😟

Any ideas/thoughts?

Yup, use Carly for the E46 and turn off bulb monitoring using the e46 not the e85. I had the same problem, and after trial error, it worked.

Thanks for the info!
So just to confirm, you mean select E46 as the vehicle? Picking same year as mine I presume?

Yup.

I has the bulb monitoring still on, and even after coding out the led indicators, they’d flicker and had bulb warning on with led fog light bulb in...

I used the e46 as the car, 2004 and coded the car with that. Sorted it out for some unknown reason... :?

Let me know if it works!!

Now I just gotta figure out why my sequential indicator things go weird when I turn on main beams lol

They work fine using a 12v power supply, they also work fine when engine is not running

Ho hum, I’ll figure it out

Thanks again

Try coding all voltage monitoring on all the lights using the e46..

I did - I turned monitoring OFF for every option there was using E46 (convertible)
