Got a week off work soon so planning a few drives out :driving:

If you share your schedule with Lynchy & I, I'm sure we'll manage to hook up at least once. Be great to see you

Wednesday 10th I'm going to be at Brands for sure. Possibly another day that week. PM if any times that week suit and we can synchronise

Roof bars finally installed.

Thule square bars (dremelled out 30mm each end of the rear bar adjustment gully as roof was too narrow at the back). 3065 fitting kit and 751 foot pack. Installed with moonroof open to ensure no rubbing or clearance issues, of which there are none

Tomorrow I purchase a bike rack and then my Mad Max look is complete

That is great, I bet your little one will be bragging to all of his friends that he has Lightning McQueen at home :driving: :driving: :driving:

Cleaned the MC and out this weekend back to Suffolk. Beautiful drive back yesterday via many single track roads :)
Fitted the twin Thule Proride racks and looking for next jobs. Probably refurb the wheels at some point and tackle the mirror base on the passenger side.

Such a great ass 8)

My indie had a Z3MR in last time I was there, and it just didn't look as good, at least with the roof up.

Thanks for all the kind comments. On a week off at the moment and took the two hours of sunshine that decided to show today as the perfect sign to get out for a few hours and take some pictures.

There is something about a fast car with a utility such as a roof rack that just works for me. Probably my experience as a child of the 80s seeing Bond drive a maroon Esprit with ski rack :)

Anyway, some pics from my exploratory hoon earlier today...

Cheers Steve. I must love it as I have sold it and now been the owner for a 'massive' 16 months
