t be fair this is more of the Bacon Sarnie varirty but the quality recently has been pretty high

Build update: Recently snapped the bonnet Bowden cable trying to open up after washing - a week before the MOT was due. Took her over to those friendly guys at ETA Motorsport who - after some bodywork removal; reinstalled a new cable and put her back together again.
One non-advisory MOT later and I'm a happy chappie
She just needs a decent clean now after today's Kent deluge.

Interesting read. Reckon I got on the bread transportation bus just at the right time. The Silverstone Auctions one mentioned was a similar mileage and spec to mine and that went for crazy money. They are definitely on an increased march upwards.
Love what they said about the chasm of modernity difference between the older MCoupe and the Z4MC at launch. My breadvan always feels mid-school when I climb into it for a hoon
Not updated this thread for a while but noticed today that I've very nearly [this Saturday] owned the MC for an entire year?! Not quite sure where that time went but what I do know is that the 2.5k miles I've driven the car during that time have been ultra fun.
Installed H&R uprated ARBs front and back, sorted Insp2 out in the first week and gradually been fettling and replacing bits and pieces to get her back to a usable, standard issue form. Next jobs to sort will be locating and sorting out the creaky front NS she's developed over the winter, get around to replacing the exterior temp sensor, treat her to a paint correction session, and refurbish the passenger side mirror base (some not uncommon bubbling).
This weekend I'm driving to the 73rd GRRC Members meet, so have everything crossed the predicted cloudy weather changes to at least provide some springtime sunshine. If you see me on the M25 or Ripley bypass around 0700 then give me a wave.
* anticipating comments on it being a record time of ownership for me etc etc etc, so saying it first in advance :lol:

Day off today so jumped in the MC and took a ride out into Kent ending up inevitably at Brands Hatch for lunch and some bike track day watching. The old girl never missed a beat and I'm looking forward to further springtime hacks including of course, the Duxford Spring Car Show
