Blimey, that sounds pretty high if only for the items you previously listed that you identified, or did it include more serious issues?

Is this the same car? The original pics certainly don't look like £7800 of damage?
Logic these days is to write the car off unless you can prove otherwise..days of assessors seeing how to make it work / get it back on the road long gone.. cost and skill of an experienced assessor means that its a less epxerinced guy who will write it off then sell it for decent breaker's value and move on..
So if you look at in that frame of mind...what could remotely /possibly be wrong?
