Brushed chrome wrap?

Since BMW seem to have stopped making the same interior door handle trims that I have (they are now more pearlescant and therefore different to the rest of the interior), I wondered whether it might be possible to wrap the trims. I've had a look on fleabay but cant see any wrap that looks right. Does anyone know of company that specialises in vehicle wrap that might be able to help me out?

Was test driving some cars yesterday and noticed the Z4 M Coupe's (I assume M Roadsters too) have the silver/chrome door pull handles. So perhaps this is the part you need to order from the dealership.

i had this problem, I just ordered the silver ones... there is a reason the chome has been discontnued it wears and cuts your hands with the sharp edges when it peels!

I noticed this on a colleagues 320d Auto as it's peeling on the gear lever, would and did bug me.

My gear knob has pealed and worn where my wedding ring catches it changing gear. I looks really miserable but I don't want to replace yet as I want to sell the car soon (I am not straying far though as changing to a Z4MR!) so was planning to replace it so it's mint when I sell. Following on from the originating post does this mean the chrome gear knobs are no longer available?

i wrapped my door handles with 3m carbon wrap (fleabay) and it was surprisingly long lasting. the other areas like the gear surround all bubbled, but the door handles were ok and didnt seem to wear much.
