Broken window regulator i think

Hi guys i think passanger site window regulator gone looks like cable broken .there is one second hand on ebay is it worth to buy second hand 60 pounds ? What options i got?thanks.
 
My drivers went a few days ago, don't bother she as I got cables etc new on thebay.ordered both sides as when one goes ad they say

Done this job before. Quite an easy task to change. I definitely wouldn't recommend getting a second hand one though. I bought mine new from BMW which is more expensive but just gives confidence that the quality you will be getting will be good. :thumbsup:
